We have a NO REFUND policy. We accept EXCHANGES ONLY - Except on the following items; Items marked as clearance, Swimwear, Intimate apparel, merchandise which have been worn, torn, laundered or altered. We therefore ask that any exchange(s) be made within 10 days of purchase (IN-STORE) and 10 days after shipment arrival (WEB PURCHASES).

Please leave all stickers and tags attached to garments. No exchanges on laundered, worn, torn, or altered garments.

Please send exchanges back by insured mail. Exchange shipping cost is not refundable. We cannot refund shipping and handling charges. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#). To obtain a RA# you can email us at customersupport@maximummama.com or call (415) 731-3200.

The RA# must be written on the return package or the package will be refused and sent back.

When exchanging an item please write on the invoice the item(s) you are returning, the item you would like to receive in exchange and the reason for your return. This help us to better service you.

The Maximum Mama Maternity collection's sizing is based on your pre-pregnancy size, with room to accommodate your new curves. 0 is our XSMALL and 5 is our XXL. If you feel that your weight gain as been significant please move up a size, please bare in mind that a 30-40 pound weight gain over the pregnancy is normal.

If you are having a multiple birth, please email or call, so that we can advise you on the best pieces in the collection that will allow you to maintain your style throughout your pregnancy. The majority of our collection is designed to be worn starting in the early stages of your pregnancy. UPS 2DAY AIR: Orders will arrive on the second business day, following credit card authorization.

UPS OVERNIGHT: Orders ship the same day if received by 12Noon Pacific Time, pending credit card verification and approval. Orders will arrive on the next business day. Please note: Orders for Express Delivery received after 12Noon on Thursday will not arrive until the following Monday.

UPS GROUND: Orders shipped for ground delivery, will take up to 3 week and will vary based on delivery location.
